Disable AOT compilation to test if this resolves Windows Defender
Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.B!ml detection.

Critical security fix for Windows Defender flagging Trojan:Win32/Wacatac

Changes:
- Replace wmic process spawning with native Windows API (kernel32.dll)
- Use GetSystemPowerStatus() P/Invoke for battery detection
- Eliminate all external process execution in power management
- Maintain full power management functionality across all platforms

This release resolves antivirus false positive issues while preserving
all power optimization features introduced in v2025.35.3.

fix: Resolve credential helper timeout syntax error

- Remove --timeout parameter from cache helper command
- Git doesn't accept parameters in credential.helper when using -c flag
