Feature Title

expected results plugin implementations

Feature Description

An implementation of the plugin classes e.g. thickness calculator, stratigraphic order, fault offset etc. That take the expected results as an input. This plugin class would be used to bypass using map2loop to calculate these variables and allow the user to run map2loop and then modify the calculated variables and then recalculate.

Current Situation

M2l algorithms are run using different algorithms that may require user editing the results. At the moment it is not possible to pass these results back through map2loop.

Proposed Solution

Implementation of all plugins that take the expected results as the input parameters and feed these back when the sampler is run. This is should just be a dictionary
