* feat(yasr): pass extra request parameters and an endpoint to plugin queries

Host API 2: `yasr.executeQuery` now honours `extraArgs` and `endpoint`,
so a result plugin can ask an engine for its execution plan (Blazegraph
and Neptune need an `explain` parameter, Stardog its `/explain` path)
with the authentication and settings of the tab. Plugins feature-detect
it with `hostApi.queryRequest`. Documents the Explain plugin in the user
guide.

* feat(yasgui): bundle the Explain plugin

Registers @matdata/yasgui-explain-plugin 1.0.0 as the Explain view and adds it
to the default plugin order after Chart.

fix(yasgui): keep the editor selection visible in the light theme

The redesigned active line used an opaque fill, which covered CodeMirror's selection layer (drawn behind the text lines), and CodeMirror's own light selection grey barely showed. The active line is now translucent and the default light theme uses a blue selection colour.

fix(yasgui): keep full screen results below the top bar

Full screen results start under the top bar, like the full screen editor, on a solid background so nothing shows through their header.

feat(yasgui): show the MatGUI glyph and name at the start of the top bar

New config option showBrand (default true) hides it for sites that show their own branding.

Edits to a query opened from a read-only workspace can never be saved

esbuild emitted fonts and images as build/<asset>-<hash>.*, but
distributeBuildFiles.js only copies files starting with the package name,
so the published packages referenced a missing fa-solid-900 font and the
Leaflet images. Prefix assets with the package name so they are shipped,
and copy them into the Docker image as well.
