DPP Access violation #1548

Hypothesis:
A network disconnect can cause PA to crash if a discord notification is attempted at that time.

The following error occurred when I disconnected my router during server maintenance.
Exception thrown at ... (dpp.dll) in SerialPrograms.exe: Access violation reading location ...

It looks like this is a known issue in DPP 10.1.5 and fixed in 10.1.6:

I'll attempt to update DPP and see if I can re-create the error.
