At the moment, Export-PSMDString does not include Get-PSFLocalizedString, thereby potentially marking a lot of strings as Surplus.
This PR amends the function by including Get-PSFLocalizedString including its Name parameter, so that strings are extracted fully. I've validated the behavior on my own code base, where all localized strings were successfully exported.
