Currently PeerImple not handling sessionDataSource contains no/expired NetworkReqListener

NetworkReqListener listener = sessionDataSource.getSessionListener(avpSessionId);
          if (listener != null) {
//handling RAR
        }else{
//not handling
}

can send a response with session not found?
