LGTM! I agree with you on the fact that we might as well have these tests in the repo even though there's no query for it (yet).

Adds test cases of the CommonCrypto encryption library, ready for the BrokenCryptoAlgorithm query (currently in draft PR #13649).
@d10c if you cherry-pick this onto your PR, then rename
BrokenCryptoAlgorithm.qlref.disabledto justBrokenCryptoAlgorithm.qlref, you should be able to use this. Let me know if anything doesn't look right.
