bug: Onboarding/setup issue (previously resolved, but is now an issue again. #4437

I'm having the same issue as this: #4228 (comment)
Steps to Reproduce:
Same as in the link... except that I am using the id generated by the Ionic Hub
ionic link <some-id>
I select GitHub in the terminal.
Does the respository exist on Github? (Y/n) Y
To continue we need you to authorize Ionic Appflow... Open browser: (Y/n) Y
This sends me to: https://github.com/login/oauth/authorize?response_type=code
Which just gives me the usual github 404 error.
Output:
> ionic link <some-id>
